Sarzenco was founded by a group of former senior civil servants and industry leaders who had watched, from within government, the growing demand for the kind of expert, independent advisory that India's institutions urgently needed. We began with a focus on industrial policy in India's manufacturing sector and expanded progressively as clients and governments brought new challenges to our door.
Today, Sarzenco operates across six countries, 40+ sector verticals, and both sides of the public-private divide — advising governments on policy and corporates on their government relationships. We remain privately held, partnership-led, and ruthlessly independent.
